Understanding Our Refund Policy

When Can You Request a Refund?
You can ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to Apply for a Refund
First, email us at support@kites.land. Include your order number and the reason for the refund. Then, send the item back to us. Once we get it, we'll inspect it and process your refund.
Refunds for Sale Items
Please note that for sale items are not eligible for a refund. Only regular priced items can be refunded.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
